bdoak Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdoak ("bdoak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at bdoak.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdoak platform — including but not limited to its cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdoak platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of bdoak constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdoak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bdoak platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdoak strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit minors to register or participate in any gambling activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bdoak or any of its affiliated game providers.

bdoak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age-verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bdoak may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on bdoak, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered in your own name.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if it changes, so that bdoak always holds current and accurate details on file.
• Register only one account. Operating more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

bdoak reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Accounts found to contain materially false or misleading registration information are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdoak account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other online services.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bdoak support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

bdoak will never contact you via email, live chat, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bdoak and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

bdoak accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. In the event of confirmed unauthorised access, bdoak will cooperate with you in good faith to investigate the circumstances and take appropriate remedial action.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

bdoak accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdoak does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction fees independently of bdoak.

All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not accepted. If bdoak identifies a deposit originating from a third-party payment source, the deposit may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your bdoak account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, players should contact bdoak support with the transaction reference number from their mobile banking app.

Currency

All transactions on bdoak are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Displaying or entering amounts in any other currency is not supported.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the same method being available. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdoak targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Before processing any withdrawal, bdoak may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid NID or passport and confirmation of the payment method. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively after registration to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

bdoak reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if:

• The account has not completed the required KYC verification.
• There is a pending bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to the withdrawal amount.
• bdoak has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated in connection with the account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bdoak offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used for wagering on the game types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• bdoak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met its conditions, the player's accrued entitlement will be honoured.
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent bonus activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bdoak platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant betting market or game. General rules that apply across all products include:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• bdoak reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including incorrect odds caused by a technical fault) or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game software malfunction — bdoak will apply the relevant game provider's void or replay rules. bdoak accepts no liability for losses arising directly from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface and game lobby.
• The result of any game or sporting event as determined by bdoak and its game providers is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on bdoak cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, subject to availability. All cricket betting is governed by the official rules of the relevant tournament's governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened due to weather, or rescheduled, bdoak will apply standard void rules unless a result has been reached under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, in which case settled bets stand.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdoak platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bdoak account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using inside information, match-fixing arrangements, or any corrupt practice in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the bdoak platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Attempting to circumvent bdoak's security systems, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering directed at bdoak staff or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdoak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

bdoak provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from bdoak marketing communications.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdoak platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdoak or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any bdoak content without prior written permission.
• Use bdoak's trademarks, trade names, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the bdoak platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bdoak's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your bdoak account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdoak makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While bdoak endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruption.

13. Privacy & Data

bdoak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on bdoak, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, including payment processors and game providers, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdoak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdoak will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of bdoak following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdoak platform. In the event of a dispute, you should contact bdoak support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bdoak will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as a Bangladeshi resident.
